So I am finally getting around to writing about myself. My name is Kimberly Ickler,  I usually go by Kim. I am from Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Which is right outside Harrisburg. I am 22 years old and just graduated from a small private Christian college near my house called Messiah College. I graduated with a degree in Youth Ministries. I have NO idea what I want to do with that, but I know I want to work with kids and would love for that setting to be church related. I love my family and friends and love being outdoors and joking around and laughing alot. I strongly feel God has laid Africa, and specifically this trip on my heart. Everyone I know  keeps saying "oh my gosh i would be so nervous if I were you." And I agree, I feel like I should be. But I suppose that is the magic of Gods grace because I am not nervous about this trip. In fact there is such a great sense of peace surrounding it. Well, I may be a bit nervous like everyone else about trying to shove 3 months of living in a 50lb suitcase but i suppose that is quite minor compared to the amazing trip God has in store for all of us. I can not wait to meet everyone and be the hands and feet of God. What a life changing experience this is going to be for us :) A little less than 2 months to go, let the countdown begin!!!
