Hi everyone. My name is Karli Stegner. I am just finally getting around to writing this. I think I put it off so long because I don't really like talking about myself. But, better late than never, right? I'm looking forward to meeting all of you in less than three weeks! It's so crazy how close our trip is!

Okay, now about me. I'm eighteen years old. I just graduated from high school this year. I'm extremely shy until you get to know me. I have a twin brother. I love to read. I absolutely love children. I have taught Sunday School for five years. I always thought I'd end up being a Kindergarten teacher. However, God has different plans for me.

This will be my fourth missions trip. My first trip was to an orphanage in Mexico in 2009. There, God revealed His purpose for me. He told me that I was made for orphan care. I have such a passion for His little ones. I went back to Mexico in 2010. This summer, I just went to Haiti. I'm ready for a new adventure. I heard God's call to go to Swaziland this fall and I'm listening. This trip is so much longer than the trips I've been on before. It's going to give me a taste of what my life is going to be like, living so far from home, because I hope to one day run an orphanage of my own. I'm so excited to see what He has in store for our team!
